TTH Real Property Services LLC works on behalf of loan servicers and through its national vendor network to keep vacant properties secure, safe and well-maintained inside and out. All work performed follows applicable investor and insurer guidelines. Our contractors evaluate and report potential damages or issues so they can be addressed in a timely and cost-effective manner. TTH assists its clients every step of the way, from default through foreclosure and conveyance.
TTH provides a full spectrum of property preservation services including securing, winterization, debris removal, convey maintenance, lawn maintenance and snow removal.
Our vendor partners are one of the key components in our ability to provide quality field services. Reliability, integrity, and professionalism are just some of the attributes that best describe many of our partners. Because vendors are such an integral part of our business model, we are constantly seeking the best contractors in the preservation, maintenance, repair and inspection fields. Together, the TTH Real Property Services LLC coordinators and our vendor partners work as a team to provide extraordinary results to clients

Below are some of the minimum standards that must be met to be a vendor with TTH.
* Insurance Requirements - $1,000,000.00 General Liability and $2,000,000.00 General Aggregate certificate to include description of operations, coverage areas, as well as listing TTH Real Property Services LLC as Additional Insured
* Coverage areas with regards to distance traveled and ability to meet timelines
* Requests company history as well as personal and professional references
* Must have a generator
* Compressor
* Lawn Mower
* Plow/Snow Blower
* All around Handyman
