Basic Objective

A positive, detail oriented individual with excellent communication skills and accurate administrative skills to work in a fast paced, high pressure environment. Must have the ability to multitask and handle a high volume of order entry and customer contact.

Maintains consistent interface with:

Customers and their representatives
Outside Sales Team including Upper Management
Manufacturing and Operations in the US and Abroad
Finance Department
Procurement and Planning
Quality
Warehouse and Shipping
Product Management


Responsibilities

Enters, expedites and tracks customer Purchase orders.
Prepares formal quotations for customers and sales teams.
Answers all telephone, email, fax inquiries. Addresses all customers' requests and solves problems in a timely and efficient manner.
Notifying customers of order status
Assisting Supervisor with daily duties
Making sure orders are processed in a timely manner, so that all materials are ordered.
Working with procurement department on out of stock / late PO's
Assist Customers with any questions in regards to shipping, progress of order and any other questions applicable
Continually updating open order report to ensure orders are shipped by customers expected delivery dates.
Process RMA's for warranty replacement / Repair Service orders
Work with Product Managers to update List pricing.
The Job holder will be required to develop some working knowledge of the company's product, with a special emphasis in spares, repairs and rotors.


Skills/ Qualifications

Experience in a Sales and Manufacturing environment
Excellent Communication Skills, Written and Verbal are required.
Excellent Typing and Data entry skills are required. Computer proficiency is required in Microsoft office.
Attention to Detail and Timeliness required.
Experience with ERP system
