Regional Support Coordinator - Washington D.C.
Description
The Regional Support Coordinator provides a broad range of administrative and clerical support for a particular region.

Responsibilities:
In addition to following Chipotle’s policies and procedures, principal responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

•Coordinating the regional office duties (e.g., mail, phone calls, office calendar, etc.); responding to such material as necessary
•Setting up regional meetings, PDP meetings, classes, activities, parties, and regional functions as necessary
•Assisting Leadership Team with any travel needs, p-card reconciliation, administrative duties, and regional office management as requested and required
•Point of contact for office vendors (cleaning, alarm system, shredding, etc.)
•Taking Who Where pictures and updating Who Where information for the region
•Partnering with the Field Leaders and Support Leads to pull reports, order supplies, printing or shipping materials, etc.
•Providing information and assistance to business associates in a professional and courteous manner
•Assisting in ordering office supplies while maintaining cost effectiveness
•Maintaining organization of office and storage areas
•Providing assistance in coordinating and completing projects and miscellaneous duties as needed
•Investigating assigned problems

The ideal candidate will:
•Have a high school diploma or an A.A. plus one (1) to two (2) years administrative experience; or an equivalent in education and experience
•Possess knowledge of and the ability to use a PC, Microsoft Office software, and other standard office equipment
•Be able to manage information in a confidential and professional manner
•Effectively manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment
•Pay strong attention to detail and be organized
•Have effective written and verbal communication skills
•Be able to learn new computer applications, be accurate in processing both alpha and numeric data, and be extremely detail-oriented in auditing data for input accuracy
•Have the ability to draft routine correspondence and manage sensitive HR information and data in a confidential and professional manner
•Manage several tasks at once in an effective manner and work successfully in a fast-paced environment
•Possess strong interpersonal skills with all levels of the organization
•Be detail-oriented and self-motivated
•Be able to travel occasionally
