Test Engineer - Engines - Full-time / Part-time

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is required. Experience using LabVIEW, MATLAB, Uniplot, Concerto, or DIAdem analysis and post-processing software is preferred. Ability to develop and maintain LabVIEW application software is preferred.

*Knowledge, familiarity, and hand-on experience with engine and vehicle test equipment and systems including data acquisition hardware and software, dynamometer controllers, and general sensors used in testing internal combustion engines. Familiarity with emissions analysis equipment and combustion analysis equipment is preferred.

* Familiarity and experience with electronic control systems and DC electrical systems, capable of reading and interpreting electrical schematics and diagrams.

Education and/or Experience

*Minimum of MSME/EE with 4 yrs. of professional experience, BSME/EE with 6 yrs. of professional experience, or BSAT/MET/EET with 7 yrs. of professional experience.

* Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in testing or calibration development of automotive, industrial, or heavy-duty engines and/or vehicles. Preference is 6+ years of relevant experience.
