About this job
the qualified candidate will be SPANISH speaking and come from a call center environment.
the client is not looking for anyone that comes from telesales / telemarketing background
the primary role is to Answer phones and respond to customer requests.
Provide customers with product and service information.
Transfer customer calls to appropriate staff upon request.
dentify, research, and resolve customer issues suing the computer system.
Follow-up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved.
Complete call logs and reports.
Recognize, document and alert the supervisor of trends in customer calls.
Recommend process improvements.
REQUIREMENTS:
Fluent in Spanish
Min 1 year of experience in Call Center
Healthcare experience preferred
