The Medical Products Customer Liaison is a customer communications liaison between end user customers, suppliers and healthcare professionals. This position is a support role designed to advise, educate and be a resource to both new and current product users with Ostomy products. The Medical Products Customer Liaison role works closely with healthcare professionals and offers follow up support and education to patients identified for Ostomy. Initial support is critical to new users followed by maintenance support. The Medical Products Customer Liaison will provide outstanding customer service, build relationships, resolve issues, and increase overall trust and satisfaction with our products and services through the execution of outbound and inbound phone calls.Desired Skills and Experience: Nursing background Required/ RN; LPN (RN preferred) WOCN preferred Exceptional customer service skills Working knowledge of common Microsoft software applications Mastery of core knowledge of anatomy and physiology related to ostomy and wound care and use of appropriate products Demonstrates the ability to communicate with and instruct a diverse customer base at various educational levels Ability to assist patients via phone Ability to exhibit patience while dealing with customers Ability to multi-task Must be a team playerEqual Opportunity Employee
