Position Summary

Responsible for managing event setup and maintenance of required data to accurately release event schedules to the field. Assist in developing, managing and updating workforce planning analytics to ensure accurate capacity planning. Effectively communicate and coordinate with shared services and field engagement. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

Staffing and Scheduling Reporting: Responsible for the management and oversight of a team that provides the following services as a function of a shared-services operations team for INEX Marketing.
  • Manage the store assiPrgnment loads for all project-based programs
  • Initial scheduling of assignments for all project based ramp ups for all strategic teams and large short-term grocery demo projects.
  • Managing event assignment maintenance to include deletions and changes for all manual project based work.
  • Pay rate configuration and approval’s for project based programs
  • Develop, manage and reporting of all ramp-up project based staffing grids to ensure accuracy and day-to-day changes and movement across internal and external hiring as well as 3 rd party progress.


Data Maintenance and Analytics: Project management of all data quality audit processes to ensure both location and associate data is accurate to ensure proper alignment and compliance with INEX company policies and process. Provide insight and direction on staffing strategies based on geographical, availability and skill set data of field force.
  • Maintenance and auditing of organizational hierarchy and event location data for all project based work for our strategic business
  • Overlay creation and analysis to provide insight on capacity, recommendations on staffing strategy for associate sharing within marketing and across the enterprise for all project-based ramp-ups.
  • Employee data maintenance through audit process
  • Provide support in program development through capacity analytics, program parameters through data analytics and reporting.
  • Contribute in RFP process for all strategic project-based programs.
  • Report out event execution scorecard results for strategic programs that are non-continuity within INEX Marketing Organization.


Process & Performance Management:
  • Reviews ongoing performance results to targets. Takes corrective measures with authorization, escalate as needed.
  • Participates in daily, weekly, monthly and annual planning process as appropriate.
  • Performs all duties and responsibilities in a timely and effective mariner in accordance with established company policies to achieve the overall objectives of this position.
  • Performs all necessary supervisory functions to effectively and efficiently manage the personnel assigned.
  • Keeps immediate superior promptly and fully formed of all problems or unusual matters of significance and takes prompt corrective action where necessary or suggests alternative courses of action which may be taken.
  • Communicates areas of accountability and performance expected of personnel assigned. Determines standards of performance as a basis to review progress of personnel assigned.
  • Recommends salary adjustments. Transfers, promotions and dismissals. Ensures proper training of personnel assigned. Develops individuals for future advancement
  • Make adjustments and optimize service quality to maximize our one-to-one consumer interactions; Work closely with business leaders (i.e. Talent Acquisition, Field Execution, etc.) to maximize processes; Identify and attend approved trade exhibits, shows and regular company field programs to develop and maintain knowledge base; Identify gaps and best practices in planning operations to improve overall performance.

May delegate work of others and provide guidance, direction and mentoring to indirect reports

Minimum QualificationsMinimum Qualifications

Education Level: (Required): Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience



Field of Study/Area of Experience: Computer Information Systems or business management

5+ years of experience in a data/technology environment, planning and scheduling

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
  • Experience working in a fast paced, dynamic business environment
  • Experience managing a team of direct and indirect reports
  • Proven mastery of SQL
  • Thorough knowledge of the principles, practices, and techniques used in system analysis and design and the operation, uses, and capabilities of electronic data processing in an automated business process environment.
  • General knowledge of principles of accounting and statistical procedures relative to computer applications
  • Demonstrated analytical skills and techniques
  • Strong interpersonal skills – ability to interact at varying management levels/client interface
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Must have sound technical skills to produce and manipulate a range of forecasting and numerical analysis tools including spreadsheets, pivot tables and databases
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Empathy/understanding of the impact of data integration on field associates and overall business strategy
  • Technical mastery in data integration tools, MS Office and data reporting systems.
  • Must be able to effectively handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Team player with good people skills
  • Ability to manage and develop a team of 10 or more employees, including direct and indirect reports

Office / Sedentary Requirements

Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Work is performed primarily in an office environment. Typically requires the ability to sit for extended periods of time (66%+ each day), ability to hear the telephone, ability to enter data on a computer and may also require the ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
