Sales Trainee with Customer service exp

We have a full-time opening for a Sales Trainee with Customer service exp.

Must be able to work various shifts per week.

Sales Trainee with exceptional customer relational skills needed for our client in Corona. This is an entry level position that will begin as an inside sales role then advance into a regular sales person position that will require traveling for trade shows. The Sales Trainee will be on the telephone 99.9% of the time generating new business for the company. Seeking someone with a minimum of 2 years Customer service with a dynamic personality and willingness to learn and commit to learning the company's products and contributing to their success.
This is a temp to hire position, M-F, 8am-5pm offering an hourly rate of $12.00-$13.50/hour while on our payroll. Job duties include:

Cold calling prospective new clients

Achieve and exceed monthly quotas in sale: activity, gross profit, new account activations and sales.

Order entry and order processing

Knowledge of sales techniques including cold calling, networking, lead generation, and the ability to capture and close the deal

Polished written and verbal communication skills

Proven ability to multi-task.

Balance multiple responsibilities and manage a large base of customers

Dynamic Personality and a willingness to learn is needed.

Working knowledge of MS Office Suite - Outlook, Word, Excel, & Internet

Maintain a professional demeanor, presence, attitude, and appearance

Adhere to, support and enforce company policies and procedures
