We have a full-time opening for a Fraud Detection Support.

Must be able to work various shifts per week.

Fraud Detection Inbound Support
Mason, OH





Pay Rate/Salary: $12.00-14.00 / Hour

Responsibilities include:


Provides inbound call support to Card Fraud Detection by processing inbound call backs

Process outbound and inbound calls pertaining to potential fraudulent activity on accounts

Performs account review using vendor technology to identify attempts to commit fraud against the bank and takes appropriate steps to mitigate fraud losses

Escalates any fraud issues to the appropriate department manager or investigative unit

Utilizes vendor technology to open fraud investigation cases, providing detailed notes and information for future use by the assigned investigator

Creates and sends letters to customers who cannot be contacted via phone

Frequently communicates with management and other personnel




Knowledge/Skills:


Up to two years experience in Card Fraud Services or related field

High school diploma or equivalent

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Strong PC knowledge, including MS Office, Word, and Excel

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to maintain professionalism in stressful and confrontational situations



Hours:

1st -- 8:00am -- 4:30pm

9:00am -- 5:30pm

2nd -- 11:00am -- 7:30pm

1:30pm -- 10:00pm

3:30pm -- 12:00am

(Must be available to work weekends!)
