Customer Service Representative - Full-time / Part-time

- Take anywhere from 40-60 inbound phone calls from customers per day. These calls could be to place an order, track their order, be updated on the status of the order, find out about pricing, etc.
- Enter purchase orders into the Dancik system or AS400.
- Recieve orders in a variety of ways: phone calls, emails, faxes, salesperson handing them the order form, etc. Need to be able to constantly check all of these areas and stay up-to-date on entering these into the system.
- Look up needed information in the computer, binders, reference books or sample boards. Follow up with customers regading the needed informaiton (this could require some outbound calling, no sales calls).
- Make phone calls or send emails to resolve issues.
- Perform order entry pricing procedures, including changes and specials, and overbill processes

Working with existing and new customers, and need to be upbeat, positive, confident, and helpful. The managers are looking for someone with a can-do attitude, who is looking for a long-term fit. Could be talking to high-level individuals from their customers, and cannot be intimated to give them the information and answer thier questions.
