Job Summary: The ideal candidate for this position will be an experienced Instructional Designer of online courses and storyboard creation with added knowledge of adult learning theories. Responsibilities Work with the business partners to determine the knowledge and performance gaps and create training to address the gaps Use plain language and creative illustrative concepts to convey information Work with the programmer to ensure concepts in the storyboard are translated correctly into the final product Keep the business area and other workgroup participants informed of the project status and ensure agreement through regular check-ins Identify and make recommendations regarding course design, technology, and delivery options Required Skills 4+ yrs. experience in instructional design with an emphasis on storyboard creation for online courses Experience within the healthcare insurance industry is preferable with Medicare knowledge as an added plus Must be comfortable with change and managing deadlines Must be able to take ownership of work and bring solutions to the table Additional Details Employment Type: Contract with possible extension and/or permanent employment conversion Supplemental medical and dental coverage for contractors and their families available immediately Opportunities for professional growth Integrity Staffing Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
