Food Prep

Genghis Grill is the fastest growing build-your-own stir-fry chain in the United States. We are well known for our fresh, hot and healthy food, and for our fun style of service. We are currently seeking enthusiastic, team oriented individuals who share our passion for hospitality.

Position Summary
The Food Prep person is responsible for the preparation of foods according to the standardized recipes and production methods. Ensures high quality food production by using safe and sanitary food handling techniques during preparation. Conducts daily service and storage quality control checks. Works in multiple production stations and conducts quality control checks on taste, temperature and presentation. Trains and orients selected staff on food production, safety and sanitation practices. Performs other duties as necessary.
