Manpower is currently recruiting for an Administrative Assistant position for one of our clients in New York, NY! Responsibilities * Gather data from various sources and perform spend analysis and reporting. * Create data trend reports and perform analysis on results. * Create Excel based reporting via Clarity time tracking tool and perform analysis on the data. * Perform other adhoc data analysis requests and create reporting as needed. * Ability to cross check results to ensure accuracy and resolve errors as needed. * Assist with compiling monthly project status materials for reporting to the head of Asset Management. * Assist with creation of a monthly book update for head of Asset Management Services with materials gathered from across the organization. * Ability to create Power Point and Excel for senior management presentations on short notice. * Opportunities may be available to assist on initiatives within other areas of Asset Management Services.
