Full Time Opportunity for an Administrative Assistant and Data Entry.

Responsibilities:
- order entry, data entry (customer orders, quantity of order, tracking info for shipments, etc).
- coordinate with Scheduler on customer order information; dates, products, etc.
- responsible for answering phones from the Sales Dept. will then enter the orders recorded from the Sales Dept.
- computer skills needed: microsoft programs, excel, word, outlook. and company software
- professional working attitude; good out-going personality, high level of customer service mentality.

The position is in Lake Suzy Florida, which is less than 10 miles away from Port Charolette.

Individual will act as a liason for the Sales team and Manufacturing team Order Entry Data in computer and sending it to Manufacturing team. Detail ortiented and deadline focus individual with sound phone and computer skills.
