Prescription Intake Specialist- Full Time - Full-time / Part-time

This position is for a Prescription Intake Specialist. There are multiple available openings and interviews are being coordinated immediately. The environment is fast paced and the candidate will be receiving prescriptions to translate the information into a database. Qualified candidates must be able to read a prescription and have complete knowledge of commonly used drugs. The position will entail answering phone calls and providing customer service.

The hours of this position will fluctuate from 7am into the evenings. Candidates must be available for overtime.

Qualifications:

- Strong knowledge of drug terminology and SIG codes

- Experience as a Pharmacy Technician or handling prescriptions
- Strong customer service skills

- Able to enter data quickly and accurately

- Ability to multitasking in high volume environment
