We currently have a large client in the Dedham/Norwood, MA area that is hiring for Entry-Mid level position in their Client Services department. These positions will be speaking with and supporting large clients nationwide and offering support and information on their benefit portfolios.

These are great opportunities at a well-known and respected corporattion in the Greater Boston area with lots of career development and advancement potential.

The company offers 3-4 weeks of paid, on-site training to ensure that you are successful in the role from the beginning and continue sto offer consistent and constructive feedback throughout your first few months. (Training is 8-5 M-F PAID, Mandatory Attendance).

Responsibilities:

*90% of time will be on the phone and working within a complex databases.

*Making changes to account information, signing up for benefits, answering questions, etc.

*Flexible work schedule required between the hours of 8am-8pm. all Monday-Friday.

*Overtime availability - as well as 2nd shift pay differentials.

Qualifications:

*1-2 Years of Customer Service Experience: Food service, retail, hospitality, call center, etc.

*Good communication skills and a desire to work with people

*Strong Computer skills - Tests are required.

*Ability to work in a fast-paced Environment and pick up on new systems and methods quickly.

*Education Verification

*Must be willing to submit to a Background check.

Position will interview immedaitely this week and start at the end of March 2015.
