Software Engineer (Entry-Mid Level)-(no sponsorship) - Full-time / Part-time

SOFTWARE ENGINEER (Entry-Mid Career Level)-Binghamton, NY

LOCATION IS BINGHAMTON, NY

I also have an IMMEDIATE need for multiple Software Engineers for a long term contract opportunity (entry and mid career level) in Binghamton, NY. I need several software engineers to help support development and testing of complex military/aerospace and commercial systems. DO-178B experience is preferred but not required. Must be eligible to work in an ITAR regulated environment. Pay is competitive and based on experience (entry to experienced) for this opportunity. A qualified candidate will have a technical BS Degree (Computer Science/EE Preferred) and experience with C/C++ programming and basic to intermediate knowledge of software fundamentals including: development,test, debug. Linux experience is highly preferred for this opportunity Professional experience, Co-op experience, and educational experience are all relevant. Please apply for a quick response. Location is about 2 hours from Allentown, PA.

Preferred Requirements:

• BSEE/BSC or equivalent experience
• Linux Environment (Highly Preferred)
• 0-7+ years of embedded C/C++, Java (Preference is embedded C)
• knowledge and experience with Real Time Operating Systems environment (RTOS)
• Ability to work in an ITAR regulated experience (NO SPONSORSHIP AVAILABLE)
• Willingness to submit to a post offer Drug Test and Background Investigation (Required)
