Qualifications:
3-5 years exp in project management or project engineering with a background in capital equipment, steel weldments, sheet metal design, and hydraulic equipment desirable
Software: Inventor and/or Solidworks and/or AutoCAD
Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Job duties:
-Provide engineering department with designs of new features and options for boarding bridges, walkways and associated items in a timely, efficient manner.
-Accountable for timeliness and accuracy of designs utilizing expertise in Capital equipment, structural steel design and calculations.
-Must be familiar with electrical controls from a functional perspective.
-Required to travel on business related issues, mostly day trips.
-Responsible for high level of effective communication within and across departments, as well as management levels.
-Capital equipment, hydraulic experience, machine and sheet metal design experience desirable
