Job Description:

As the Senior Benefits & Human Resource Representative you will report to the VP of Human Resource. As the Senior Benefits & Human Resource Representative you will be tasked with the following daily but not limited to:

Manages the orientation process to include: conducting orientations, training, and updating processes as necessary

Administers employee benefits to include: open enrollment, changes, approving invoices for payments, and resolving claims issues

Work with management and non-management staff on employee relation issues

Assist with development of policies and procedures to include: development, distribution, and implementation

Leads the safety program for the whole organization to include: training and drills

Assists with recruiting and selection of candidates

Ensure that information is captures, recorded, stored, and recorded in an accurate and timely manner

Senior Benefits & Human Resource Representative – Manteca

Job Requirements:

Bachelors in Business or Human Resources

4+ years’ experience in a Human Resource role

Experience in human resources in a healthcare industry

Preferred PHR or SPHR certification

Advanced MS Excel skills-need to be able to create formulas, charts, and graphs
