Position Summary:
Responsible for providing both our residential and commercial customers with quality service by using environmentally safe cleaning products and sanitary cleaning technique to ensure the utmost customer satisfaction. Will perform a variety of duties specific to each customer to guarantee a first-rate experience.
Essential Duties:
Cleans rooms, living areas, hallways, stairways
Cleans bathrooms and kitchen areas
Empties and disposes of trash
Dust and polish wooden surfaces and furniture
Vacuums carpet areas
Mops surfaces with appropriate product
Wipes down light switches and doors
Cleans all main surfaces with appropriate product
Basic Qualifications and Experience:
Cleaning experience is preferred
Excellent communication skills with both manager and customer
Must be motivated and have attention to detail
Working Conditions/ Physical Requirements:
Moderate physical activity required; may have to lift up to 50 pounds
Constant standing, walking, and grasping. Frequent stooping and reaching above shoulder heights, occasional sitting, kneeling, and squatting.
Interacts with customer, family members and pets
