We are looking for an outgoing, hard-working, self-starter, Front Office Assistant to join our administrative team. We offer an entrepreneurial and casual work environment and believe in rewarding and recognizing hard work. Responsibilities:
Greet & direct front lobby walk-in traffic
Distribute mail
File confidential documents
Maintain front office organization
Answer phones and email correspondence with professional communication etiquette
Order and maintain inventory of office supplies
Conduct candidate references by phone
Schedule candidate interviews while coordinating multiple calendars
Assist with organization and planning of new hire employee orientations
Oversee employee perks, gym membership enrollments and usage
Transfer and format information within various excel worksheets
Other reception/administrative/human resources duties as assigned
Qualifications:
2-3 years' experience in an administrative role handling confidential information
Must have excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to multi-task and work quickly and efficiently
Must be a team player with the ability to work well under pressure and multi-task
Attention to detail is a must
Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Excel
Familiarity with Google Docs
Ability to work independently, prioritize work well and make good decisions on the fly
A hard-working, self-starter work approach
Great attitude and flexibility
Hours/Info:
Part-time
Monday - Friday
9:00 am - 3:00 pm
