Manpower is currently recruiting for Customer Service Representatives in Romulus, MI. Our client is looking for candidates that can work a long term contract assignment. Working hours are Monday through Friday, 8am until 5pm. Pay Rate - $14 Job duties will consist of, but are not limited to the following: * Provide a daily Priority List to receiving staff, making reference to urgent daily incoming product. * May be responsible to expedite the critical/urgent material report (Red Alert-CTB) email, fax, call etc. * Create Pick List on Urgent Shipments (SOS'S). * Responsible for the system update (cancellation of number parts) * Send the monthly inventory results to all suppliers * Responsible to analyze the inventory per supplier in order to find obsolete material, low runners, and/or excess; and determine the disposition. * Participate in the 8D report preparation, when required. * Assist in the collection of QOS data and preparation of the monthly and suppliers QOS reports, when required.
