Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Provides sales support to Sales Representative. Coordinates sales for assigned accounts.
Talks with customers by phone or in person and receives orders.
Handles customer complaints, returns, refunds and credits.
Handles special orders for customers.
Completes appropriate paperwork, determines charges for service requested, collects deposits, and prepares change of address records.
