Project Manager - Full-time / Part-time

Job Description

• Work with sales and project management to develop estimates, proposals, and associated documents and materials.
• Will be responsible for sourcing and pricing materials and components.
• Must be able to read and understand blueprints and produce initial concept, shop, and design drawings.
• Using existing processes this candidate will develop cost estimates for large and small projects, transmit information to customers, vendors, and other employees.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering with a construction focus
• Two internships OR 1-2 years of working experience in construction or installation estimating
• Some knowledge of CAD
