Forklift Operator - Full-time

Commercial Warehouse & Cartage, Inc has been a proven supplier of Warehousing, Distribution and Value Added services since 1971. We believe in a strong work ethic and that we do the job right the first time, every time.
This position receives, stores, inventories, packages, picks and packs for shipment or receipt a wide variety of products. Will prepare and process appropriate documents. This position supports successful Warehouse functions.
The Material Handling Operator performs any or all of the below duties:
* Operate all equipment in a safe and responsible manner
* Use appropriate material handling equipment (i.e. Stand-Up, Reach Truck, Sit-Down, electric pallet jack, etc.)
* keeps work area and equipment clean and maintains tools and equipment properly
* Learn all clients requirements in a Multi-Client operation
* Physically handle product
* Transport appropriate product to assigned areas within allotted time frame.
* Identifies special shipping/receiving requirements and ensures they are completed
* Chooses best storage application available upon receipt and/or product transfer
* Audits Receipt and/or Shipments against documentation to ensure correct product, lot, quantity, location, etc. are accurate upon receipt or prior to shipment.
* Performs such other duties as temporarily or permanently assigned
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Must be flexible to work overtime as needed. Paid weekly. Excellent benefit package including: medical, dental, vision, profit sharing and 401K.
