Quality Assurance Manager

The Quality Assurance Manager drives sales and revenue by conducting and closing in-home estimates and ensuring high cleaning standards and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Building recurring customer base
• Increase the customer base to meet monthly standards
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales goals
• Attend and participate in all staff meetings
• Abide by all rules, regulations, and policies contained in the employee handbook and manuals.
• Customer Service
• Learn about the company, the service, and the customers’ needs
• Manage time and work independently
• Maintain and produce accurate and timely reports
