About this job
Set up and maintain production of injection molding machines, dies, machinery, tooling, and processes.
*REQUIREMENTS:
Significant experience with injection molding processes and tooling.
Must have experience molding with liquid crystal polymers (LCPs)
Preventative maintenance/Repair on machines, injection molding screw assemblies, molds, and chiller.
Collaborate with engineering to enhance and debug processes, tooling, and new products
Positive attitude and open mind to continuous improvement
Ability to identify and communicate ideas and concerns that will improve cost and quality
*QUALIFICATIONS:
Formal education or equivalent training in the following areas: Manufacturing Engineering and/or Plastic Process Engineering
Scientific Molding Certification is a plus
Cable over-molding experience a plus
*Temp to Hire. Must have a clear background and drug screen.
