Production Team Lead

Will be overseeing a crew and assisting the group leader in assuring that all pick orders are complete and sequenced correctly. Will be in charge of making sure that any discrepancies in sequencing or picking is reported and documented appropriately.
Manufacturing plant prefer automotive plant experience.
Must have excellent interpersonal and communicative skills.
Good computer skills to include EXCEL.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide focus on Safety, Quality, and productivity of the area assigned.
Ensure production requirements are met.
Train, coach and lead production team members.
Support and promote all initiatives of the 5 S program.
Participate and facilitate training, evaluations and support cross-functional team activities.
Promote teamwork and be a team player in all areas of the plant.
Background and drug screen required
