Expectations:
Adhere to all procedures while performing the physical activities in the job.
Active participation in monthly Safety Meetings
Operation of fabrication machines such as benders and shears.
Make independent judgement in production procedures
Set up and operate a variety of machinery used to bend straighten and shape metal
Locate and mark bending and cutting lines onto work piece, allowing for stock thickness and machine variance
Be a team player
Be flexible in hours worked
Conduct consistent with company values.
