This Position Is Located At T-Mobile's Corporate Offices in Bellevue, WAThe Marketing Campaign Manager is responsible for the development and execution of CRM campaigns in order to grow and retain T-Mobile's customer base. This position is specifically responsible for timeliness, quality and accuracy of campaign execution & its results. Furthermore in scope is the identification of channel and process improvement to support campaign management efficiency & effectiveness.This is not a Sales position.
  • Plans, designs and manages CRM campaigns to T-Mobile customers through relevant channels (e.g. Direct Mail, Outbound & Inbound Calls, Call Center/Customer Service, Retail, Email, SMS, on-device and web) including accountability for efficient execution on time and in budget. This includes receiving the strategic direction from business partners and building out recommended campaigns (the how and how often to reach out to customers) to support the strategic goal.
  • Reviews concept briefings with requestors, performs feasibility studies and aligns schedule and timelines across different stakeholder groups.
  • Liaison between the internal stakeholders and the reporting teams.
  • Regularly communicates campaign impact and recommendations to internal stakeholders and management.
  • Tracks and budget for assigned programs


QualificationsMinimum Required
  • 5+ years work experience in Marketing or CRM
  • Campaign Management background with demonstrated success in managing the execution of CRM campaigns
  • Understanding of marketing objectives (4P's), customer needs and business drivers.
  • Project Management experience (has managed small to medium sized projects)
  • Shows analytical thinking with good understanding of business casing
  • Effective in communication, skilled in making and giving presentations
Desired
  • 3+ years experience in managing CRM campaigns on vendor or client side
  • 2+ years wireless cable or subscriber based industry experience managing or developing CRM programs
  • Experiences in relations management with external vendors and agencies
  • Experience in Up/Cross-Selling and/or Brand Trust, Loyalty Campaign Management, Performance Analysis
  • Bachelors Degree. Business or related field
  • Additional work experience considered in lieu of a degree
