Lead Data Warehousing Engineer - Full-time / Part-time

Manpower, Inc. of SE Michigan is currently seeking a Lead Data Warehousing Engineer for our client in Ann Arbor, MI. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire position working Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm. Pay range is $61.00 - 69.00 per hour and will vary based on experience. Job duties: * Analyzing complex business problems to be solved with automated systems. * Providing technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements. * Configuring system settings and options; planning and executing unit, integrating and accepting testing; and creating specifications for systems to meet business requirements. * Designing details of automated systems. * Providing consultation to users in the area of automated systems. * Leading cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues. Preferred qualifications: * A minimum of eight years of related experience; graduate coursework is desirable. * Having a wide-range pf experience, including using professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways. * Exercising judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. * Determining methods and procedures on new assignments. * Providing guidance to other personnel.
