The individual will also be willing to coach others, create knowledgebase and training materials.   Duties The team member will be responsible for troubleshooting, fixing, and finding root causes for issues that come from the NSC, internal support, or other departments. In addition, he or she will be responsible for maintenance of existing processes, providing trouble shooting documentation to the NSC, and serve as a liaison to other teams in the IT Organization.
