Accountant / Bookkeeper - Full-time / Part-time

Pay is $35K - $45K, depending on experience. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity. Duties Include: Daily: Downloading the rents from the online banking and inputting them to the tenants ledgers. Process the money orders & check deposits for the bank. Input the new Properties into the system and set up the new tenants profiles in their ledgers. Monthly: Close out the month and cut the checks to the owners and commissions to the management company. Transfer any security deposits that need to be returned to tenants or back to owner when tenants move out. Reconcile multiple rent bank accounts and security deposit bank accounts. Process the AP for all attorney fees and damage fees to the tenants ledgers. REQUIREMENTS: Candidate must have a minimum AA Accounting Degree. Must have minimum 3-5 years of full time well-rounded Bookkeeping / Accounting experience.
