Under the direction of the Customer Service Manager, the Order Entry Clerk serves as the primary support for Customer Service Representatives and Sales Department and the prompt and accurate processing of sales orders. The Order Entry clerk must strive to deliver excellent service and build loyalty through consistent, effective communication with customers, CSR'S, Sales & Production. He or she is responsible for entering customer orders accurately and in a timely manner following the order entry policies & procedures.


The ideal candidate would possess a minimum two years in a data entry environment with Associate's degree or equivalent work experience. Applicant must be a self-starter who is able to work independently and seeks to be highly productive and goal oriented. The successful employee will learn details of our products, MAS system and have an overall understanding of our manufacturing processes. Applicant must have good computer skills, experience with SAGE MAS and bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.


Core Responsibilities include:

Enter orders into the MAS order entry system with a high degree of accuracy and speed and send orders to production complete and in a timely manner
Communicate with sales staff or clients to verify all information is correct and clear up any missing information or inconsistencies on orders.
Answer customer inquiries or direct client to the appropriate department in a timely manner using professional and appropriate business language.
Maintain file systems and daily filing tasks for all orders.
Update customer records with accuracy, as requested
Send out payment requests and order acknowledgments in a timely manner and follow up per department policy
Assist other team members with department workload

Strong proficiency for problem solving and resourcing needed information
Bilingual with verbal and written English and Spanish preferred
Associates Degree
Bilingual (English and Spanish)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Good computer skills
