BNoticed is a fast paced, online promotional products company looking for motivated, high energy customer service representatives. We are a gay owned, at will employer located in San Diego's Hip Normal Heights
Responsibilities of the position(s) include:
* Communicate accurate product and imprint information to prospects and clients
* Provide timely quotes and follow-up in support of clients requirements
* Provide clients with options and ideas to meet their needs
* Conduct appropriate follow up to ensure satisfaction, secure sale and return business
* Coordinate with Suppliers to meet customer sample, quote and order requirements
* Prepare and process orders
Successful candidates will have the ability to:
* Demonstrate prior customer service experience, with some retail sales helpful and online sales preferred
* Demonstrate basic office skills (phone etiquette, filing, copying/scanning, mail processing, etc.)
* Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills (grammar, spelling, etc).
* Demonstrate basic math skills, including the ability to work with percentages
* Effectively and efficiently utilize basic Microsoft Office programs including Outlook and Exel as well as the ability to quickly master cloud based programs such as CRM, research tools, etc.
* Effectively organize and manage tasks, emails, phone calls, workstation, and all other duties
* Demonstrate an outgoing, friendly, positive attitute in working with clients and co-workers
* Ability to quickly learn, apply, and retain information
* Maintain productivity while multi-tasking with routine interruptions
* Assume ownership in performing duties accurately and timely
* Demonstrate a sense of urgency to meet customer and company requirements
* Work effectively both independently and as part of a team
* Instill confidence and show clients a positive experience both by phone and email
* Meet sales objectives by converting internet based leads into sales
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and service providers
* Follow both verbal and written instruction
* Ability to work while seated at a workstation, utilizing a computer and phone, throughout shift

* Sick and Vacation Pay after 90 day probation period

More Info:
* Must be at least 18 years old
* Must have some experience in customer service
* Authorized to work in the United States
* Wages based on experience, $10 to $11 per hour
* Working hours are Monday thru Friday, daytime hours
