We're looking for our next Cook to join our Senior Dining Team in Charlestown, MA!
Part Time Position
Breakfast/Lunch 5 days a week
Our next Cook will be a talented culinarian with a profound passion for preparing outstanding meals. The right candidate will enjoy taking ownership of their work and helping exceed customer expectations.
With direction and support from the Chef Manager the Cook will execute menus, control food cost and inventory, as well as ensure exceptional service to our residents. This is a hands-on role. If selected for this position we will rely on your dedication to providing outstanding food and noteworthy customer service. Other functions include meal planning, safety, sanitation, coaching, and some administrative responsibilities.

Qualifications:
2+ years progressive food service/restaurant experience and passion and talent for cooking
Strong time management skills, the ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships
Knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Outlook
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong business etiquette and client relations skills
Strong motivation and the desire to grow and develop within an organization are essential
