Job Description *Receive and return calls regarding inquires, quotes and concerns from clients both individual and commercial. *Document inquires and concerns of client interactions and transactions including actions taken. *Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing reports and summarizing information. *Ensure security, integrity and confidentiality of data. *Coordinate schedules, appointments and bookings. *Ability to navigate computerized system for data entry. *Follow guidelines on how to respond to inquiries, quotes and concerns. *Follow written and verbal instructions. *Requires knowledge of products and services. *Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory. *Ability to obtain license. Qualifications *Strong attention to detail, time management and decision making skills. *Solid computer, grammar and multi-tasking skills. *Demonstrated job stability and longevity. *Good customer service experience and prior experience. *High school diploma or equivalent. *Ability to pass background, drug and credit check.
