Overview
ASONS is currently seeking an experienced Recruiter to directly support its Permanent Placement Division located in Muncie, IN. This individual will be responsible for achieving the recruitment objectives defined by ASONS customer base of Contractors and General Construction Contractors (Commercial and Residential). This is a full-time, permanent position offering competitive pay and attractive benefits.
Responsibilities
*Based on specified hiring needs of ASONS client base, this individual will be responsible for facilitating the full-cycle recruitment process of prospective Construction Contractors.
*Responsible for managing a talent pipeline of potential candidates. Responsible for facilitating online and traditional sourcing initiatives in order to generate flow of prospective applicants.
*Responsible for conducting, skill assessment and background verifications of sourced applicants.
*Working in conjunction with ASONS team of Client team Manager Reps, these individuals will assist with coordinating the interaction between prospective candidates and client
representatives.
*Responsible for attaining weekly and monthly production goals as defined by ASONS management team.
Requirements
*Minimum 5 years of professional recruiting experience; specifically involving Construction Management and/or Engineering personnel is required.
*Proven track record of full-cycle recruiting, permanent placement recruiting and/or technical headhunting is required.
*Technical background in Construction Management and/or Engineering, specifically with commercial or residential general contracting, is a plus but not required.
*Must be able to work in a fast paced environment, under tight deadlines.
*Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Construction Management or Engineering is desired.
