On behalf of our Client, Headway is hiring individuals to complete surveys at the Cracker Barrel located in Louisville from Thursday, April 9 – Sunday April 12. Surveys will be conducted using iPad devices so you must be comfortable with technology. Pay will be $16 per hour.
Customer feedback is valued by the corporate office and is vital in Cracker Barrel's continuing effort to improve the guest experience. The purpose of the survey is to measure guest satisfaction related to new menu items as well as the overall guest experience.
