We are currently hiring a Retention Specialist for a large corporate headquarters in NE Portland
Duties include:
-Answering calls regarding wellness plans
-Educating clients about their plans
-Placing outbound calls as needed
-Other customer service duties as assigned
Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in call center, retention, collections, or sales. Candidates should have availability to work Monday-Friday any hours between 6:00am-7:00pm, 40 hours/week.
