Carpenter/Laborer - Full-time / Part-time

Must have experience with work involving foundations, framing and finish environments.

Carpenters must have atleast 2 years of rough Carpentry experience. Commercial is a plus.

Responsible for the following activities:

- Performs general laborer tasks, including loading, unloading, lifting and moving materials
- Assists with demolition and debris removal
- Cuts and provides materials to carpenters
- Assists with safety set-up
- Responsible to work at direction of foreman to maintain a clean, safe and productive worksite
- Works under supervision of foreman or journeyman

The right candidate for this position will have the following qualifications:
- Shows initiative and eagerness to learn new skills
- Knowledge of commonly used construction concepts and materials
- Mechanical aptitude for safe use of basic hand tools (hammer, tape measure, prybars, skill saw, sawsall, rotohammer, demo hammer, pick ax, shovel)
- Knowledge of basic safety construction practices
- Capable to lift 75 lbs without assistance or risk of injury.
- Minimum of 6 months experience preferred
- punctual, clean and neat with proper attire for working in
