We have a full-time/part-time opening for a Janitor/Maintenance.
Must be able to work various shifts per week.
Requirements
Experiences Janitor needed for site in Orangeburg, NY in Rockland County
Looking for 2 year + experience in janitorial or maintenance field
-You must be able to assist and/or perform repair and maintenance in plant and office facilities
-You will perform janitorial services such as cleaning, sweeping, general housekeeping, waste removal, paint structures, grounds maintenance, snow removal, lawn care
-You may at times supervise landscape work crews as needed
-You will also perform machine cleaning
-You will repair plumbing fixtures
HS Diploma or Equivalent required
Background Check and Drug Screen required
