About this job
Responsibilities:
*Provide "Concierge" service to large group clients by resolving member issues
*Ability to troubleshoot, research issues and problem solve within tools provided
*Be liaison between members and providers to resolve member issues
*Handle and resolve complex member issues
Strong Customer Service skills required. Call Center exp is necessary; and Customer Service experience required
*Computer savvy. Strong navigational skills with MS Word, Excel and especially Outlook
*Energetic, enthusiastic and clear speaking voice
*HS Diploma required, some college preferred
*Ability to multi-task systems, conversations, and troubleshooting simultaneously
*MUST be available for ANY shift (7 days per week 7am-8pm). Non-negotiable
