Logistics Customer Service Representative - Full-time / Part-time

Aerotek is currently partnered up with a very prominent logistics company in Miramar, Florida. We are looking for a Logistics Customer Service Representative with AT LEAST 1 YEAR OF LOGISTICS EXPERIENCE.

Candidate will be required to perform approximately 60 inbound phone calls per day and the occasional outbound phone call.

Bilingual Candidates (Spanish) would be a plus but is not required.

MUST HAVE:

- EXPERIENCE IN THE LOGISTICS INDUSTRY IS A MUST.

- Previous customer service experience ( at least 2 years) in a call center.

- Bachelors Degree preferred but not required.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- To deliver a positive customer service experience for all customers and to ensure a smooth execution of the end to end shipment life cycle by working closely with the customer and internal teams.

- Build strong relationships with customers, gain an understanding for their business, service needs.

- Be fully responsible for customer satisfaction and experience on interaction with customers.

This is a 6 month Contact position that has the chance to go permanent.
