A large healthcare firm located in Boston, MA has an immediate opportunity for an Administrative Assistant.

The Administrative Assistant will support an investment consulting group and be responsible for scheduling appointments, providing information to callers, taking dictation, making travel arrangements and otherwise relieving officials of clerical work. Additional responsibilities include:
-Monthly and quarterly invoicing help processing expenses and invoice.
-Quarterly reports and coordinate report production print and ship reports.
-Schedule meeting internal and external
-Catering plans
-Utilize outlook to and receive tasks via email

Requirements:

-3+ years of administrative experience
-Experience working in a high demand request environment.
-Comfortable with numbers as they are supporting Investments business
-Investment knowledge is helpful

-Proficient in Excel and Outlook (Testing required)

Hours: M-F 830am-530pm
