Drafter - Civil 3D

Aerotek is seeking a Civil 3D Drafter to join a family owned, Engineering Services Firm located in Salem, Oregon.

Job Description:

• Civil 3d production drafter
• input field book files .txt part files
• utilize survey figures and points for generation topography
• create roadway alignments, corridors, and assemblies
• generate pipe networks; specifically pressure pipe networks
• develop construction drawings
• layout sewer water and storm water systems
• generate quantity takeoffs (mass hauling, piping, roadways)
• coordination of sites for parcels and grading
• use of grading tools
• use of data shortcuts
• collaborate with team and work together to share best practices

Qualifications:

• strong Civil 3D drafter experience in creating construction documents, roadways, corridors, assemblies, piping networks, etc.
• Prefer 5 - 10 years to step in and hit the ground running with no training outside of understanding the way they operate.
