Field Tech - Full-time / Part-time

Environmental Field Technician

Our client is currently looking for upwards of 3 Environmental Field Techs requiring 40 Hour Hazwoper. No other certifications required. PPE includes hard hat, safety vest, safety glasses and steel toe boots. Will be working on remediation sites - construction and industrial sites. Workers will be shoveling dirt, taking samples, cleaning and decontaminating sites. Also moving up to 25 lbs at a time. Some other hazardous site work will be conducted such as tank cleaning, environmental remediaton and spill response. All work is conducted by hand. They will be operating pumps and small machines for remediation efforts.

Need to take a physical, respirator fit test (provided and conducted by our client), and have a current hazwoper. Hazardous and non hazardous types of remediation work is conducted by contractor.

Requirements:

• 40-hour Hazwoper
• No other certifications required
• Must have protective gear including hard hat, safety vest, safety glasses, and steel toe boots
• Must be good to work in hazardous and non-hazardous environments
