Primary Responsibilities:
  • Receive inbound calls regarding appointment scheduling with a field hearing professional for potential customers with hi Health Innovations Hearing Devices
  • Make outbound calls to remind clients of their appointments
  • Manage client contact information within Salesforce software
  • Process outbound mail related to appointment information
  • Manage documentation around appointment information and directions to locations
  • Constantly meet established productivity, schedule adherence, and quality standards
  • Punctual adherence to scheduled work start times
  • Ideal candidates should have excellent communication skills, problem solving skills, ability to be flexible in daily assignments and a passion for assisting customers with their healthcare needs
  • Moderate work experience within own function.
  • Some work is completed without established procedures.
  • Basic tasks are completed without review by others.
  • Supervision/guidance is required for higher level tasks.
  • Responsible for direct customer service of non-insurance related products (i.e. Ingenix products).
  • May provide technical expertise, problem triage, instructions or general non-sales customer support.

Requirements

Requirements:
  • High school Diploma/GED or 10 years of equivalent work experience
  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • 1+ years of PC experience, including the ability to locate and interpret complex information from multiple systems
  • Shifts within the hours of 8:00 am - 6:00 pm central time
  • 1+ years of experience in call escalations   
  • Basic in MS Word and Excel

  • Proven problem solving abilities
