Flavorist- Flavor Application Scientist - Full-time / Part-time

2-3 years of application experience from a "flavor house," dietary supplement, or beverage company (no pastry, candy, cookie companies). The primary instrument that they will be using is a spectrophotometer.


2.1 Reports to Senior QA/QA manager located in Head Quarters and in absence report to Technical Director
2.2 Preparation of Specifications & Certificates for products and packaging used for production in Colorado facilities (PCF).
2.3 Updating and maintaining Master list
2.4 Batch Card review, before and after production and filing.
2.5 Change Controls review, file and get QA manager's approval.
2.6 Reminding logistics to request Supplier Questionnaires on timely manner follow up, reviewing and filing.
2.7 Handling Customer Questionnaires or requests and responding within 24-48hrs of receipt except the lengthy questionnaires within 1-2 weeks.
2.8 Record keeping and daily review of QC record book on QC manager's absence.
2.9 Training documentation and follow up (if needed)
2.10 Production room ATP swabbing and notify Production manager the results that are out of specification. Any critical issues that affect product quality need to notify the QA Manager.
