The Supervisor of Distribution is directly accountable for providing service to the retail stores by coordinating all aspects of operational responsibility through the distribution center. Position impacts company profitability through maximizing productivity, efficiencies, and quality through the distribution center operations.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

· Forecasting & responding to production volume and manpower needs in order to maximize productivity and ensure quality.

· Training, developing & supervising non-exempt associates.

· Promoting and maintaining high associate morale and safety.

· Coaching and counseling associate performance and attendance issues

· Maintain established through-put standards.

· Meet budget goals and productivity standards.

· Developing and implementing methods and procedures to improve efficiency and safety of operations.

· Maintaining the security of all merchandise and capital equipment in assigned departments.
